Privacy is important to us at Western Skies and it should be important to you as well. One of the things that made the Internet great is the anonymity factor. While anonymity can, unfortunately, sometimes be a double-edged sword, we still believe in free speech and the right to privacy on the Internet.

The Golden Rule

At Western Skies, we respect the privacy of both contracted customers and potential customers. When it comes to privacy, we follow The Golden Rule: treat others as you would like to be treated. We hold true to this rule by adhering to the following means:

  • Western Skies WILL NOT sell any customer, both contractual or potential, information to any organization or individual. We may provide your contact information, upon your approval, to other customers for reference or other inquiry, but this will only occur at your discretion and with established contacts.
  • Western Skies WILL NOT, to the best of our ability and to a reasonable extent, divulge any proprietary information, trade secrets, or other information, specified as sensitive, to any other organization or individual except when pre-approved by you.
  • Western Skies WILL NOT post to our site any information about you or your organization except a link to sites completed via a contract and any other information you pre-approve, such as customer testimonials, etc.1
  • Western Skies WILL NOT share any information collected throughout the process of a project to any other organization or individual unless pre-approved by you.
  • Western Skies MAY retain information beyond the life of any contracted projects and we reserve the right to use this information for internal use as well as future contact with you and your organization.
  • Western Skies reserves the right to add, modify, or remove links to your contracted project(s). We also reserve the right to display or remove any other pre-approved information about you or your organization.
  • Any information submitted to Western Skies is considered a voluntary submission.
